We're seeking a motivated Business Development and Sales Intern to help us create strategic partnerships with organizations across the US for our workshops Our Workshop is designed to help professional women master goal-setting, time management, productivity, and work-life balance, enabling them to take control of their careers. As an Intern, you’ll be a key player in expanding our reach and building relationships with organizations that align with our mission. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Research and identify potential partnerships: Focus and identify US-based companies, women's networks, and organizations that support female leadership and development that are the right fit for partnering 2. Outreach to prospective partners: Develop and send personalized outreach emails to decision-makers within target organizations. 3. Pitch the EmpowerHer Workshop: Set up calls or meetings to present the EmpowerHer workshop's value proposition and tailor it to each organization's needs. 4. Track and manage leads: Use tools to document outreach efforts, track follow-ups, and maintain relationships with potential partners. 5. Collaborate on marketing strategies: Work closely to create compelling sales materials (emails, presentations, etc.) to support your outreach efforts.
