Internship Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for guests during their stay. 2. Efficiently and courteously manage the check-in and check-out process. 3. Interact with guests to ensure their needs and expectations are met. 4. Promptly and professionally address guest inquiries, issues, or complaints. 5. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare rooms for guests. 6. Provide information about local attractions, amenities, and the surrounding area. 7. Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
