This role is perfect for freshers eager to start their HR career in a dynamic tech. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in supporting HR operations and engaging with diverse teams. Prior work experience is not required. Qualifications and Skills Understanding of HR practices and principles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Eagerness to learn new HR technologies. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong organizational skills. Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates). Support HR team in designing and updating job descriptions and postings. Maintain accurate HR records and employee data management systems. Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires. Assist in organizing HR initiatives and events. Collaborate with team members to enhance process efficiency and address employee concerns. Provide administrative support in performance management and employee relations. Participate in training and development activities to improve HR processes and career growth.
