    Both written and verbal. Good pre Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Prior internship or work experience in an HR Generalist profile would be advantageous.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    The HR intern would assist the HR Manager in general HR activities like formulating policies, arranging for employment engagement activities and administrative work.

    Internship Description

    *Support in training and onboarding formalities for new joiners. *Involve in background verification of new joiners. *Organise and manage employee engagement programs. *Supporting in designing and developing various policies and procedures for the company. *Help in resolving employee queries in a timely manner. *Act as a point of contact for employees and provide support for various subjects such as leaves, compensations, and other problems. *Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities
