    ● Role Overview: As an HR Intern, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks, gaining hands-on experience in HR operations. ● Responsibilities: ○ Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions.Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates. ○ Maintain and update HR records and databases. ○ Plan and organize employee engagement activities. ○ Support onboarding and training processes. ○ Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures. Required Skills: ○ Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ○ Knowledge of basic HR functions and processes. ○ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). ○ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. ○ Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
