Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and generating new sales leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and email campaigns. • Prospect Outreach: Conduct outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication tools to introduce our products/services and qualify leads. • Database Management: Maintain and update customer and prospect information in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Follow-Up: Assist in following up with leads and nurturing them through the sales pipeline, setting up meetings, and providing relevant information. • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations. • Customer Interaction: Learn to understand customer needs and communicate our value proposition effectively. • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Requirements • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Skills: • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships. • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
