Internship Role – Sales, Client Coordination, Digital Marketing & PADuration: 6 Months Internship (with potential for extension or full-time opportunity based on performance).

Internship Description

Conduct regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to generate business opportunities. Schedule and attend client meetings/visits for explaining company services, proposals, and quotations. Accompany the field officer, company owner, or designated partner during client meetings and site visits to learn service details and professional meeting practices. Represent the company in a polite and professional manner during client interactions, helping build trust and long-term relationships. Maintain proper records of leads, client interactions, and service requirements. Coordinate with the operations/field team to ensure smooth service execution after deal confirmation. Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and agreements. Assist in achieving monthly sales and business development targets. Contribute to digital marketing activities under our sister company PreBeats, gaining hands-on exposure in: Social media management Content creation & posting SEO & Google ranking strategies Online client communication & lead generation Work closely with the PreBeats digital marketing team to develop a career foundation in both facility management & digital marketing sectors. Incentives & Stipend: Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on skills & interview performance). 10% incentive on every successful service delivery closed through sales efforts. 10% additional incentive on every successful project amount from AKS Facilities. Company will reimburse travel expenses incurred during client visits/meetings. Depending on availability, the company may arrange a field officer, bike, or car for travel during client meetings. Additional Expectations: Maintain good communication and follow-up discipline to ensure client satisfaction. Develop a clear understanding of all facility management services offered by the company. Learn and explore digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to add value to both AKS Facilities and PreBeats. Work collaboratively with the sales and operations teams to achieve growth targets.
