Desired Candidate Profile

Someone interested in Product Management, UX, and digital products. Background or interest in Business, Computer Science, or related fields. Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and product lifecycle is a plus. Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, Google Analytics (basic knowledge is okay). Good communication and teamwork skills. An analytical mindset with problem-solving ability. Detail-oriented and eager to learn from real product teams.

Internship Description

Help define the product vision and roadmap for web and mobile apps. Work with designers, developers, marketing, and sales teams to build quality products. Collect and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor data. Decide which features are most important based on business needs and user impact. Ensure a smooth user experience (UX) by working closely with UI/UX designers. Support user growth, retention, and monetization strategies. Assist in Agile processes like sprint planning, reviews, and tracking progress. Use data, analytics, and A/B testing to improve product performance.
