Internship Description
The Talent Acquisition Intern will manage the following responsibilities: 1) Work together with recruiters to determine hiring requirements. 2) Procure qualified applicants from various sources. 3) Carry out job interviews to determine the suitability of candidates. 4) Create a talent pipeline for fulfilling hiring requirements. 5) Assist recruitment managers in conducting interviews and shortlisting candidates. 6) Adhere to the legal rules throughout the entire hiring process.
