About the Internship About The Internship: We are looking for a passionate Telecalling intern to join our team at Filo EdTech Private Limited! As a Telecalling intern, you will have the exciting opportunity to engage with potential clients and promote our innovative educational technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to prospects and educate them about our product Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system. Achieve daily/weekly targets related to outreach and app downloads. Participate in training sessions to enhance your communication and sales skills. Build rapport with students to encourage long-term usage of the app. Kickstart your journey with a dynamic 3-month internship where you'll gain hands-on experience, collaborate with inspiring teams, and showcase your talents.
