The ideal candidate should be someone who enjoys writing and has strong communication skills. You should be comfortable creating digital/web content and understanding how content strategy works. Basic knowledge of content management systems (CMS) is important, along with the ability to organize work and handle multiple tasks at the same time. Attention to detail is key because the content must be accurate, engaging, and well-structured. A background in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related fields is preferred.
As a Content Specialist, your main job is to create and manage content that connects with the audience. You will plan what type of content should be published, write and edit web content, and make sure everything matches the brand’s tone and quality standards. You’ll also work closely with other team members to ensure content is delivered on time. Another important part of your role is optimizing content so it performs well in terms of audience engagement, readability, and SEO. Basically, you help shape how the brand communicates online.
