Job Details

The Customer Relationship Executive - Collections will focus on recovering the principal and interest amounts from the defaulting loan borrowers. They need to possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Executive - Collections, you'll do the following: 1) Recover the loan and pending interest from the loan defaulters. 2) Communicate assertively and tactfully. 3) Prevent the matter from escalating into legal trouble. 4) Persuade the defaulter to return by telling the potential repercussions. 5) Exhibit strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. 6) Minimize the bank's bad debts and NPAs.
