Customer Success Executive at Groww you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a customers have a great experience. Your primary purpose is to provide technical support, educate users on product functionalities and contribute to product improvement by gathering feedback. This role requires excellent communication skills and customer first attitude. Individuals with undergraduate qualifications, 50% marks in – 10th, 12th and no backlogs, Gap years during education. Fluency in regional languages is advantageous.

Responsibilities

1. Learn about Groww products and capabilities eagerly. 2. Manage efficiently large volume of customer queries 3. Demonstrate technical expertise by explaining complex concepts in simple terms. 4. Empathize with customers and prioritize their satisfaction. 5. Aid in product development by gathering and addressing user feedback.
