Strong experience with the US market is mandatory Proven ability to generate pipeline and revenue, not just leads Experience in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and reports. Hands-on experience with at least 3 channels: paid ads, ABM, webinars & events Strong copywriting skills and creative thinking for ads and campaigns.

Responsibilities

Own and drive an end-to-end demand generation pipeline from lead to deal won Build predictable monthly & quarterly pipeline targets Manage and optimize full funnel metrics Plan, execute, and improve multi-channel marketing campaigns. Track and analyze performance metrics like ROI, CPL, CAC, CTR, demo to win rates Build and manage attribution models Run weekly growth reviews and experiments to improve results
