Job Details

Someone with around 10–12 years of experience in building complete products. Strong knowledge of Python frameworks like Django, FastAPI, or Flask. Experience with databases like MongoDB and SQL/NoSQL systems. Understanding of frontend technologies like React and modern JavaScript. Familiar with tools like Git, APIs, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). A proactive, startup-minded person who takes initiative and works independently.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the company’s technical direction and make key decisions for backend, frontend, and DevOps. Build and design backend systems using Python, APIs, and databases. Work closely with the frontend team and sometimes contribute to the React code. Lead and guide a small team of engineers through mentoring and code reviews. Ensure fast development while also keeping long-term scalability in mind. Collaborate with founders, design, and product teams to decide what to build and how.
