Someone with 1-3 years of experience in digital/performance marketing Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager Comfortable working with numbers and data Knows tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets Detail-oriented and performance-focused Good communication and teamwork skills Willing to learn, experiment, and improve campaigns regularly.

Responsibilities

Help set up and launch paid ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads Monitor daily ad spend and performance to stay within budget Work with the design team for new ad creatives and improvements Do A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and audiences Track and analyze key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPI, and ROI Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
