The company is looking for someone who has a basic to strong understanding of performance marketing and is comfortable working with data. You should know how digital ads and e-commerce platforms work and be willing to learn and experiment. A good candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and able to make decisions based on numbers.
In this role, mainly focus on running and improving marketing campaigns that directly drive sales. Your day-to-day work will include setting up and managing campaigns on e-commerce and quick commerce platforms, tracking how they perform, and making changes to improve results. Monitor important metrics like impressions, clicks, conversations, ROAS, and ACOS to understand what’s working and what’s not.
