Sales Trainer - International Calls (UAE Customers) at ProntoSys, you will be responsible for training new and existing counselors to enhance productivity in sales. Your role involves analyzing sales objectives, developing training materials, conducting skills gap analysis and collaborating with team leaders to improve processes. (5 days working)

Responsibilities

1. Train new and existing counselors to increase productivity. 2. Analyze sales objectives and propose training solutions. 3. Develop training materials and best practices documents. 4. Conduct skills gap analysis and implement process enhancements. 5. Record training videos and create training content. 6. Collaborate with team leaders and managers to understand training needs. 7. Maintain and publish training reports. 8. Collaborate with department heads to develop action plans for process improvement.
