Has strong experience (around 5+ years) in UI/UX design and responsive web development Is skilled in Blazor and .NET web technologies Has a good eye for design, usability, accessibility, and aesthetics Understands end-user workflows and can translate them into simple UI designs Is comfortable working in an agile, collaborative team environment Can clearly explain design decisions and trade-offs

Responsibilities

Designing and improving the look, feel, and usability of web applications Developing responsive and interactive user interfaces using Blazor, .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Radzen Creating wireframes, mockups, workflows, and UI visuals to support design ideas Working closely with product managers and developers in an agile team Refactoring and enhancing the existing UI to make it more intuitive and consistent Acting as a user advocate, ensuring designs are easy to use and user-focused Conducting usability testing and refining designs based on feedback Maintaining UI design systems, style guides, and documentation
