accept these Terms and all the terms, policies, and guidelines referenced herein. If you disagree
with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.
Users and Definitions
- Employer or Recruiter or Company or Person Posting the Job : Any individual or organization using
the Site to post jobs/internships on their own behalf or on behalf of their organization.
- Applicant, Student, Job seeker or Person applying for job : Any individual using the Site to apply
for jobs/internships listed on InternJobHub.
Registration Data and Security
- By using the Site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- Maintain and update your information promptly.
- Safeguard your account information and notify ecH-aaR of any unauthorized access.
Employer’s / Recruiters Important Terms
- These additional terms apply to Employers:
- Employers posting jobs are responsible for authorized content and authorized posting.
- Uploading logos implies authorization to display on the Site.
- ecH-aaR can share job posts on social media and partner platforms.
- Accurate and complete job details are essential; misinformation may lead to account blockage.
- Document verification may be required for authentication.
Hiring Terms for Employers
- Inform candidates about terms, salaries, works, exit clause, and everything else in detail before
- Maintain consistency between job details advertised and communicated to Applicants.
- Assign fair and relevant assessment assignments; no disguised free work.
- Communicate professionally and provide clear offer letters.
- Timely payment of remuneration as agreed upon between you and candidate.
- Prompt response to Applicant complaints.
- Please note that we encourage everyone to use our platform; we do not discriminate any candidate
basis the caste, creed, and sex.
- As a job market place, anyone can apply on our platform. InternJobHub bears no responsibility of
information mentioned in profile or in candidate’s resume.
- We request employers to conduct proper verification, previous employment, and document check on
their own end.
- Once hired, the employee becomes the part of employer’s company hence any dispute between the two
will be handled by concerned employer and employee. InternJobHub will not assume any responsibility
or liability of any disputes between the two.
Applicant Data Usage and Contacts
- Use Applicant data only for hiring purposes; no other communication.
- Prohibited from transferring/selling/sharing Applicant data.
- Refrain from sharing inappropriate content or behavior.
- By sharing the contact number and email, all users of the site allow InternJobHubs and its other
users and partners to bypass any DND applied by them. By signing up on our platforms, all users
allow InternJobHub officials and its other users to contact each other and no DND rules/restrictions
Payment & Refund
- Payments are 100% advance.
- Refunds as per Refund Policy.
- Refunds may take time; ecH-aaR not responsible for timing.
Important Terms for Applicants
- Applicants must respond to communications within 72 hours.
- Honor accepted job offers; last-minute declines damage credibility.
- Provide accurate information; misrepresentation leads to account blockage.
- Thoroughly review job details before applying.
- Data usage limited to hiring purposes; no sharing or misuse.
Safety Tips for Applicants and Other Liabilities
- Follow safety tips to ensure a secure experience.
- Do not pay for job applications or reveal personal information.
- Report suspicious activity to InternJobHub.
- Please note that InternJobHub only acts as market place between job/ internship seekers and job / internship providers. Please ask for proper offer letter from the companies and check their social media portals, online student feedbacks, and company’s other details.
- Any dispute between candidate and employer is to be solved between the candidate and employer only as per Indian law provisions. InternJobHub will not involve itself in any kind of arbitration or resolution.
- We do not guarantee the adherence and honouring of employment terms as mentioned by employer during the job posting.
- Site and content are provided "as is"; ecH-aaR not liable for damages.
- ecH-aaR encourages accuracy but does not guarantee.
- Copyright and trademark laws apply to content.
- ecH-aaR's trademarks and property must not be copied or used without permission.
- Only logo and trademarks used for job posting are intellectual properties of recruiter company but posting the job allows InterJobHub to use them as an identifier on our platform for authenticity purpose.
